Our Girls Our Girls
Chinook is a gorgeous, dark brown tabby with a dense, luxurious coat, and long, flowing tail. She feels that it is her responsibiltiy to make sure everything goes smoothly around the house, and everyone is behaving properly. She likes to know what is going on at all times and will race across the room to check any unusual sound. Chinook is the first to participate when any fun is going on, and is ready to play at a moment's notice.
Chinook's sire is RW, QGC Willowplace Classic Rock of Hallamaa and her dam is CH Hallamaa Summer of Ahwannacoon.
Indian Summer is a brown classic torbie with white. She has wonderfully tall ears and lynx tips of red and black. She has a vibrant, colorful pattern and a silky, flowing coat. Indy loves to curl up on my lap for a quick nap with rumbling purrs. She's a gentle girl who likes everyone and is one of our official "greeters".
Indian Summer's sire is GC, RW Ahwannacoon Tehachapi, and her dam is Hallamaa Moondance of Ahwannacoon.
Sugarfoot is the first tortoiseshell born at Ahwannacoon. Her color and pattern are stunning and her coat is thick and dense but very soft. She gets along with everyone and doesn't mind checking out visitors to see if they'd like to play. Sugarfoot knows her name and will come when you call her. Especially if a treat is involved.
Sugarfoot's sire is Ahwannacoon Ghost Rider and her dam is Hallamaa Moondance of Ahwannacoon.
Ahwannacoon Mariposa Poppy
Poppy is a flashy, high white torbie with gentle temperament and affectionate nature. She has a great profile and wonderful expression. She loves to run full speed thru the house chasing toys and playing fetch with the other kitties. She likes to give "kitty kisses" and will lick your fingers and chin to show how much she loves you.

Arizona (Zoe) is a gorgeous brown tabby with white. She has a striking pattern and huge, fluffy tail. Zoe has a comedian's personality and thinks she is still a kitten. We call her the "Leaf Bandit" because she loves to pick up leaves in our outside run and bring them into the house. It's not unusual to have leaves all over the rug for her to play with.
Zoe's sire is RW, GRC Ahwannacoon Tehachapi, and her dam is CH Ahwannacoon Chinook.
Ahwannacoon Madeira
Madeira is a beautiful brown tabby with white. She has tall ears, and a nice square muzzle. She is our toy monitor and will carry her toys all over the house inviting the other kitties to play. It's common to see her toys floating in the water dish or hidden under the throw rug waiting for future playtime.
Madeira's sire is Mainette Cactus Jack of Ahwannacoon, and her dam is Ahwannacoon Indian Summer.
